Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change, and we will always do our best to accommodate clients whenever possible. To ensure fairness and availability for all players, the following cancellation policy applies to all lessons, coaching sessions, and clinics.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time.
• Lessons cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled without penalty.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), will be charged in full.
• If Ashley needs to cancel due to weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, the lesson will be rescheduled at the earliest convenient time.
• Prepaid lesson packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date within the package validity period.
• Clients arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled time, as lessons cannot be extended into the next booking.
