REGULAR GOLF ROUND

RESERVATION POLICY

Policy

Your credit card is used to hold your tee time, please let us know a minimum 24 hours in advance if you are unable to make your round.

Your credit card will be charged during the reservation process. 

POLICY

Starting Times

Golfers to be on their starting tee 10 minutes before their allotted tee time. All golfers are expected to play from the 1st tee, unless otherwise instructed.

Amendments

Royal Turks and Caicos reserves the right to amend any tee time.

Four Balls

Royal Turks and Caicos reserves the right to make all groups into four-balls.

Pace of Play

A four-ball golf round should be completed within 4 hours and 30 minutes.  Slow play must be avoided at all times. RTCGC GPS system monitors the pace of play and we reserve the right to request players to speed up.  In severe circumstances golfers will be asked to pick up and drive to the next hole in order to stay on time.

Weather

In the event of a cancellation or if the golf course is closed due to inclement weather, refund will be based on the status of the individuals round at the time of course closure.

Rearranged Bookings

Golfers can request their booked tee time be changed within the same day of play and appropriate charges will be incurred in line with the daily pricing policy. This transfer can only be done with the club’s agreement and the management decision is final.

Replay Rounds

Replay rounds cannot be booked in advance. Replay rounds are based on availability the same day. You may verify the chance to replay with the Golf Pro Shop following your first round.
