We ask all participants to sign in at the registration table no later than 1:45 PM to make payment for your tournament fees. All participants must check in at the registration table prior to play. Play begins with a Horn at 2:00 PM for the Shotgun Start. \nDinner & Prize Presentation \nDinner is included in your entry fee which will be available at #19 Restaurant & Bar after golf beginning at 6:00 PM followed by the Prize Presentation. Menu TBD. \nFormat \nThe format for the tournament is a 4 Person Scramble using Net Team scores to declare the “Rugby Legends Champion” \nHandicaps \nTeam Handicaps determined using 25% of the average of all four team members. The course handicap for will be added for all four players and divided by 8 to calculate the team handicap rounded to the nearest hundredths. \nGeneral Rules \n\nEach player must use at least THREE tee shots.\nAll Players tee off and choose the best ball position of the four shots. The golfer whose shot is selected “stands off” while the other three players hit the next shot from within one club length and must be no closer to the hole. This process continues until the ball is on the green where all four players putt.\nPost your gross score in both the Live Scoring App on the GPS unit on your cart along with the printed scorecard after each hole. Your Team Handicap will be deducted at the conclusion of play.\nREMEMBER\, when your shot is selected do not play the next one\, except on the putting green where all four players putt.\n\nHole in One Prizes \nAll Hole in One’s on Hole # 4 – Sponsored by Hugh G. O’Neill & Co.\n$10\,000 Cash Prize ($5\,000 to the Player\, $5\,000 to the Charity) \nAll Hole in One’s on Hole # 15 – Sponsored by Royal Turks & Caicos Golf Club and #19 Restaurant & Bar\n$1\,000 Bar Tab (to be used on Day of Event) \n1st Hole in One on Hole # 17 – Sponsored by Casablanca Casino\n$3\,000 Cash Prize ($1\,500 to the Player\, $1\,500 to the Charity) \nTies  :  A Closest to the Pin playoff on Hole # 18 will be used to break a tie for the Overall Champion. For all other ties the USGA method of the Best Back 9\, 6\, 3\, 1 holes will be used. \nReturning of Scorecard \nScorecards must be signed and returned to the Pro Shop staff in the clubhouse area immediately after play. A player’s scorecard is deemed officially returned when the player has left the scoring area and given the scorecard to a tournament official or staff member. The printed scorecard is the official scorecard and must be signed and returned. The live scoring app leaderboard is for information purpose only during play. We ask that teams mark their score in the app correctly after each hole to maintain accuracy for all participants. \nPlease Note: Rule changes may occur (due to circumstances) different to those posted here.
